2. What this policy covers

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit nomadstructure.com, contact us, book a call, or engage us for valuation services; why we collect it; who we share it with; how long we keep it; and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Greek law (Law 4624/2019).

3. The data we collect

3.1 When you contact us

Through our enquiry forms, email or WhatsApp: your name, company, email address, phone number, the purpose of your enquiry and anything you choose to tell us about your business or situation.

3.2 When you book a call

Bookings are made through Calendly. Calendly collects your name, email address, the time you choose and your answers to our booking questions (for example the purpose of the valuation, approximate revenue and your deadline), and passes them to us.

3.3 When you engage us

To prepare a valuation we receive financial statements, management accounts, forecasts, contracts, shareholder registers, intellectual-property records and related documents. These may contain personal data about you, your shareholders, directors, employees or counterparties. Where required by anti-money-laundering law we may also request identification documents.

3.4 When you use our website

With your consent, we use cookies and similar technologies for analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising measurement (Google Ads, Meta). Without consent, only strictly necessary cookies are set. Details, including how to change your choice at any time, are in our Cookie Policy.

Our website also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page loads.

4. Why we use your data and the legal basis

Purpose Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)
Answering your enquiry, scoping the work and sending a fee proposal Steps at your request before entering a contract – Art. 6(1)(b)
Delivering valuation and advisory services under an engagement letter Performance of a contract – Art. 6(1)(b)

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal effects on you.

5. Who we share your data with

We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our behalf under written agreements, and with authorities where the law requires it:

  • Calendly (scheduling) – Calendly LLC, USA
  • Google – Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Fonts – Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC
  • Meta – advertising measurement, where you consent, and WhatsApp messaging where you choose to contact us that way – Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd
  • DreamHost (website hosting) and our email provider
  • WPForms (form handling on our website)
  • Professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants, bound by confidentiality, where needed for an engagement
  • Courts, regulators or tax authorities where we are legally required to disclose, or where you instruct us to share a report with a third party

6. International transfers

Some of the providers above are located in the United States. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, we rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, together with additional safeguards where appropriate.

7. How long we keep your data

  • Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement: up to 24 months from our last contact, then deleted.
  • Engagement files and valuation reports: for the period required by Greek tax and company law and by the professional standards we follow – generally up to 10 years after the engagement ends – so that our work can be evidenced if it is later challenged.
  • Accounting records: as required by Greek law.
  • Analytics and advertising data: for the periods set out in our Cookie Policy.

8. Confidentiality and security

Valuation engagements involve sensitive commercial information. We treat all client information as confidential, use it only for the agreed engagement, and are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before any information is exchanged. Data is stored on access-controlled, encrypted systems and shared through secure file transfer rather than unencrypted email wherever possible.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
  • have inaccurate data corrected and incomplete data completed;
  • have your data erased, where there is no overriding legal reason for us to keep it;
  • restrict how we use your data in certain circumstances;
  • receive the data you gave us in a portable format;
  • object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that took place before withdrawal.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@nomadstructure.com. We respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (Kifissias 1-3, 115 23 Athens, www.dpa.gr) or with the supervisory authority in your own EU country.

10. Cookies

Our use of cookies, the services that set them and how to change your preferences are described in our Cookie Policy. You can reopen the consent settings at any time through the “Manage consent” link at the bottom of every page.

Our services and website are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
